Delete your Potato Intel account
Ask for your account and the personal data on it to be removed. You can do this here even if you no longer have the app installed.
What happens
- Your request goes to whoever looks after your account — the agronomist who set it up, or a Potato Intel administrator.
- It is answered within 30 days.
- Your name, phone number, address, photos and messages are erased, and the account can no longer be signed in to.
- Records that have to be kept — what you consented to, receipts, and the crop traceability trail an enterprise relies on — stay, with your identity removed from them.
If you still have the app, you can also do this from Settings → Delete account.
